A dry farmhouse cider. Crafted predominantly using heritage Bramley apples, which we grow around the Mendip Hills with a hint of Crawley Beauty to add the depth of taste. It is refreshing and embodies the dry zingy flavour of Bramley apples. As Bramley and Crawley Beauty are traditional cooking apples, this cider is also great to be used in stew, especially the Somerset apple and pork stew. Inspired by misty mornings in the Mendips. Alc.
